After your order is confirmed, delivery in Portugal will take 5 to 8 business days for mainland Portugal and the islands. For the rest of Europe, the delivery time is up to 14 business days.

Deliveries in Portugal are handled by CTT. In the European Union, the United States of America, and Canada, deliveries are handled by UPS.
to.bcustom is committed to shipping user orders from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding holidays and optional holidays, according to the schedules previously agreed upon with the contracted carrier to deliver to the address defined by the user.
Because orders may be damaged during transport, the user/customer must always check the packaging upon receipt and verify any damage to the packaging or ordered products. If damaged, the order should not be accepted for delivery, and it will be returned.
In this case, the user must report the situation, duly documented with photographs, and send it to geral@3vicentes.pt or geral@to-bcustom.com (https://to-bcustom.com) so that we can proceed with resending the order at no additional cost.
Alternatively, the user can cancel the order and the full amount paid will be refunded.
In the event that you do not receive your order within a maximum of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment, please send an email to geral@3vicentes.pt or geral@to-bcustom.com (https://to-bcustom.com), informing us of the situation.
After this period, 3 Vicentes, Lda, owner of the to-bcustom® brand (https://to-bcustom.com), cannot be held responsible for any loss of the order.
Orders are considered delivered and received by the user upon signature of the delivery receipt at the indicated address.
