b) The User may purchase products online, and for this, it is necessary that:

- It was not possible to deliver to the address indicated by the User.
4. Prices

b) Prices are presented in EURO currency.

e) The total checkout price includes taxes from the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs, if applicable.
5. Payment methods

6. Billing
a) After receiving confirmation of payment for the order, the user will receive the invoice along with the order.
7. Shipping Costs
a) Shipping costs to mainland Portugal, islands, and Europe are fixed, allowing the user to determine the amount they will have to pay for shipping.
b) The shipping cost is shown including VAT at the legal rate of 23%.
c) There are no additional costs beyond the shipping costs determined by the user at the time of ordering.
8. Deliveries
a) Purchases made at (https://to-bcustom.com) are territorially limited to mainland Portugal, islands and Europe.
b) 3 Vicentes, Lda, to-bcustom® (https://to-bcustom.com) undertakes to deliver orders placed by the user, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays and public holidays, according to the schedules previously agreed with the contracted carrier to deliver to the address defined by the user.
c) In the event that our carrier is unable to deliver the order on the indicated date, the user will be contacted so that another delivery date can be indicated.
d) Delivery times may be subject to change during promotional periods, sales, festive seasons and public holidays.
e) Due to the possibility of damage to orders during transport, the user/customer must always check the packaging upon receipt of the order and verify any damage to the packaging or ordered products. If damaged, the user should not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned.
f) In this case, the user must report the situation duly documented with photographs and send it to geral@3vicentes.pt or geral@to-bcustom.com (https://to-bcustom.com) so that we can proceed with resending the order at no additional cost.
g) Alternatively, the user may cancel the order and the full amount paid will be refunded.
h) If you do not receive your order within a maximum of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment, please send an email to geral@3vicentes.pt or geral@to-bcustom.com (https://to-bcustom.com), informing us of the situation.
i) After this period, 3 Vicentes, Lda, to-bcustom® (https://to-bcustom.com) cannot be held responsible for any loss of the order.
j) Orders are considered delivered and received by the user upon signature of the delivery receipt at the indicated address.

l) In the event that our carrier is unable to deliver the order on the indicated date, the user will be contacted to be informed of another delivery date.
